The Regent’s legendary meat emporium houses Hong Kong’s oldest charcoal grill and cooks steaks with supreme flavour, leaving a memorable impression with diners. Sabatini Ristorante Italiano
Tsim Sha Tsui’s restaurant at The Royal Garden hotel is the international chain’s first Sabatini Ristorante Italiano in Hong Kong, first opened in 1958 in Rome. Sabatini Hong Kong has since expanded to a second spot at ifc mall, but the Kowloon eatery retains a quaint, old-fashioned charm. The à-la-carte menu is pricey, yet the Italian ingredients are of very high quality. Beef speciality hotpot chain 616 Hot Pot has a large Tsim Sha Tsui restaurant on Hart Avenue with a fun outdoor section to enjoy steamy hotpot with stewed vegetables and meat when the weather is nice.
