BAR SNK, a new Japanese sake and cocktail bar in Causeway Bay, swung upon its doors yesterday (Sep. 5), inviting guests to taste a glass of Japan.
For September and October, BAR SNK is offering mocktails for just HKD50, classic cocktails for HKD77, and signature cocktails for HKD100, exposing the quaint, fruity flavours of Japan with sake from Hyogo Prefecture.
The new bar is led by head of mixology Joker Shing, mixologist Paco Shun, and bartenders Karl Kan and Ivan To. BAR SNK is open until 2AM from Thursday through Saturday and until 1AM from Sunday through Wednesday.
Located in Sino Plaza, the bar affords exclusive harbour views from the tip of Causeway Bay. Only a few bar seats are available, making for a more intimate experience with the skilled bartending team.
