Zuma’s glamorous sea affair is back on Sep. 7 & 8, inviting the party to Repulse Bay for a weekend of free champagne, craft cocktails, and fancy izakaya fare.
Jetting off from Central at 11AM to Repulse Bay, and returning at 5PM after a blazing day in the sun, the Zuma Catamaran party features a lengthy tasting menu of Zuma classics, free-flow of Veuve Clicquot champagne, and music from DJ Hallex M.
The tasting menu features classics from the Central restaurant, including sea bass with yuzu, California maki, seared salmon, Fresh Gillardeau oyster, and mango and coconut custard chawanmushi.
The boat day trip costs a cool HKD12,750 per table with a maximum of five guests, averaging to HKD2,550 per guest. Book here and early to not be dissapointed.
