Repulse Bay’s long hauler Limewood is celebrating 10 years in business with a new refreshing look and menu inspired by the world’s most vibey beach destinations.
Taking on colours and textures from Bali to Mykonos to Ibiza, the restaurant is celebrating the energy of the sea in a new look, so too with their new menu that introduces a wealth of ocean faring American, Hawaiian, and Southeast Asian treats.
On the new menu includes the snappy salmon ceviche (HKD185), BBQ baby back pork ribs (HKD235/HKD445), Limewood nachos (HKD195) topped with provolone, cotija cheese, and chipotle crema, and the chipotle french fries (HKD95) coming with pico de gallo and taco mix.
Fans of the joint should not be worried as the restaurant reassures that favourites over the past decade will be kept on the menu, including their Hawaiian huli huli chicken (HKD295), 48-hour charred bone-in beef ribs (HKD595, 850 grams), and the fried fish tacos (HKD155).
