The newly-opened Wagyu Boss Concept is bringing together fine Japanese wagyu beef and sushi for Hong Kong’s first sushi tacos, available at SOGO’s basement food court.

Featuring six options on the menu, the food court spot offers high-quality A4 marbled wagyu in their sushi tacos, made with puffy vinegar-washed sushi rice, reinforced seaweed paper, and topped off with Japanese garnishes.

Their taco selection includes the red wine slow cooked wagyu taco sushi (HKD68), green curry slow cooked wagyu (HKD78), wagyu ball taco sushi (HKD78), wagyu tongue taco sushi (HKD88), wagyu tartare taco sushi (HKD88), and the sukiyaki wagyu taco sushi (HKD98).

For those not interested in venturing to try this Japanese-Mexican fusion snack, Wagyu Boss Concept also sells four bento boxes and four curry rice bowls to savour their top wagyu bites.
