This exciting announcement reflects Seoul’s growing reputation as a culinary hotspot and its rich culinary heritage. The Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants programme in Seoul will feature a series of key events that have become hallmarks of the prestigious awards.

Attendees can look forward to thought-provoking discussions at the #50BestTalks leadership forum, exclusive collaborative dining experiences at the 50 Best Signature Sessions, and a spectacular Chefs’ Feast showcasing Seoul’s renowned cuisine and ingredients.

Additionally, there will be a “Meet the Chefs” roundtable media event, providing an opportunity to engage with the culinary masterminds behind Asia’s top restaurants.

“Seoul has long established itself as a culinary hotspot within Asia and on the global stage. We are thrilled to gather the Asia restaurant community in this thriving city for the first time to celebrate the very best in gastronomy,” says William Drew, the director of content for Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.

The Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 awards ceremony, held in Singapore, saw Le Du in Bangkok being crowned as The Best Restaurant in Asia for the first time. This recognition reinforces the importance of the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants platform in showcasing culinary talent and promoting outstanding dining experiences.
