Carna steakhouse at the Mondrian Hong Kong hotel is hosting a feast on Jul. 31 dedicated to Tuscany’s quality steaks coming out of Italy.

The signature Panzano Night (HKD1,288 pp) in Tsim Sha Tsui invites diners to engage with their nose-to-tail meat approach, harnessing every part of the cow. Starters for the mega meal begin with the chianti tartare and spicy meat ragu on toast, before a meaty rigatoni dish arrives.

The mains, seared on a charcoal grill, include cuts of bistecca alla fiorentina, salsiccie piccanti, warm beef shin salad, and 45-days dry-aged Carima beef

Panzano in Tuscany is where Dario Cecchini, an eighth-generation butcher and the “world’s greatest butcher”, operates his eponymous butcher shop and steakhouse

A tiramisu ends the meal on a sweet note. For an additional HKD400, diners can enjoy a free-flow package of red labels of Italian wine
