Taking pride in serving the great neighbourhood in Sai Ying Pun, Miam Bakery works almost daily to deliver freshly made French-style artisanal breads, pastries, and desserts to Hong Kong.

The retail and wholesale neighbourhood bakery has operated since spring 2019. Top picks at the Sai Ying Pun mainstay include their fluffy cinnamon buns, crunchy baguettes, sesame bagels, pound cake, and bread crisps.

Sweet-toothed Hong Kongers can also log in to their online store to order cakes and pies, including lemon meringue pie, raspberry pie, and chocolate pecan pie.

Priding themselves on baking fresh pastries and desserts daily, cheesecake, croissants, butter toast, and apple pies come out at 8AM, 9AM sees madeleines, quiche, and sandwiches freshly served, cinnamon buns come out of the oven at 10AM, and from 11AM onwards, croissants, baguettes, and sourdough, among other things, are served.

The Sai Ying Pun bakery is open everyday but Tuesday from 8AM to 6PM.
