Sheung Wan izakaya Chi Yawaragu is playing on the yakitori trend with a new “Offal-verse” omakase yakitori menu that employs all the meat from juicy, local chickens in a 13-course skewer dinner.

The omakase menu is priced at HKD780 per person and features 13 different chicken skewers sampled from each part of the locally sourced three-yellow chicken, including testicle, heart, intestine, liver, trachea, aorta, and hamstring, with specials subject to daily availability.

The ever-sustainable and unique menu includes a serving of fresh Japanese salad, a selected stewed dish, Inaniwa udon in chicken soup, a Japanese dessert, and a complimentary pint of Suntory draught beer.
