Housed in boutique hotel Lodgewood Mong Kok, canton pot is a firm local fave in the ‘hood when it comes to quality eats, where delicious hotpot and Cantopop culture mix and mingle via regular Cantopop theme nights.

Hotpot lovers can now bond over bubbling bowls of soup in canton’s pot’s newly opened VIP room, complete with karaoke facilities for singing to your heart’s content. The VIP room can accommodate up to 12 guests, with minimum charges of HKD6,000 from Sunday–Thursday and HKD7,000 from Friday–Saturday.

In addition to the exclusive karaoke room, five new hotpot sets have been introduced to cater to different tastes and preferences, from Beef Bliss (HKD980 for 2), featuring a selection of 10 beef items including Kagoshima Satsuma Wagyu sirloin and Australian M5 Wagyu rib-eye, to Seafood Adventure (HKD1,280 for 2), spotlighting nine types of seafood such as prawns, abalone, Irish razor clams, and Atlantic scallops. There’s even a Garden Delights set (HKD580 for 2), created with plant-loving vegetarians in mind.

Also debuting at canton pop are the One Pot Delight sets (from HKD198 for 2), for those both short on time and cash. Available daily from 3–6:30PM and 9–11PM, these sets include a choice of signature soup base, five ingredient dippers, and noodles.
