With just one oatmeal bowl, you can rest assured that you are getting a healthy dose of vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants for the day. The bowl is vegan and dairy free too!

Craving an ice-cold cup of coffee that is even smoother than your usual iced black? Try our cold brew – we medium grind No 34 and steep the ground coffee in cold, filtered water for over 24 hours, before serving the cold brew with an ice ball.
