The ever-decadent The Drawing Room is hosting a festive tasting menu embracing the rituals and traditions of The St. Regis and its founder, Colonel John Jacob Astor IV. The four-course and five-course dinners grant guests the ability to savour traditional Christmas classics such as turkey ballotine and beef Wellington, with diners granted complimentary glasses of RSRV champagne to savour the night.

Palm Court, The Langham festive lunch & dinner
The Langham’s luxurious Palm Court brings the classic British traditions of Christmas lunches and dinners to Tsim Sha Tsui. The three-course festive lunch and four-course festive dinner on Christmas Eve and Day feature warm pumpkin soup, lobster bisque, roasted turkey, and pleasing desserts. In the spirit of winter and the festive season, Feather & Bone are extending their Christmas love from late November through Christmas weekend with a yummy Christmas menu designed for everyone! Start off any lunch or dinner with Three Butchers mulled mine, the chain’s special FAB grazing board, either traditional roast turkey, beef Wellington, or salmon en croute, and Christmas pudding and other sweet things to end.

Le Chefeteria A Dickens Christmas tasting menu
Chef Azmi Arialda of unique private dining space Le Chefeteria is preparing a fine A Dickens Christmas tasting menu (HKD998 pp) for Christmas lunch and dinner. Beginning at 7PM, the meal begins with A Victorian Toast, before the starters flying out – Jewel in the Crown, joining homemade smoked salmon, pickles, and nam jim sauce, and Fine de Claire No. 1 Oyster Champagne. Mains include Lady Maria Clutterbuck’s Curry Seafood Rice and Ebenezer Scrooge Roast Turkey. End your meal with the sweet Tiny Tim Christmas Pudding and Mrs Crachit’s New England Cheesecake.
