The love affair Hong Kong has with matcha, the famed Japanese green tea powder originating in Uji, Kyoto, is making its way to Shake Shack with a new limited-edition matcha cookies & cream shake (HKD52).
The fast-food chain is teaming up with Kyoto’s Uji matcha master Kitagawa Hanbee to blend vanilla frozen custard with ceremonial-grade Uji matcha, produced from leaves found in Kyoto’s hills.
The new matcha cookies & cream shake will be available at all Shake Shack Hong Kong locations from Mar. 5 for a limited time – so act fast!
