Prepared typically with a pork, chicken, or fish base, Soulmate Ramen in Soho offers Hong Kong’s only vegan ramen, designed by the most discerning of palates.

Having relocated to Hollywood Road this summer, the Japanese ramen eatery is located at the back of Cupping Room’s Soho shop. Head through the café to find the ramen spot hidden behind a set of blue curtains.

Tomato and carrot (HKD78; +HKD14 for 16-spice ramen base) and four-mushroom (HKD88; +HKD20 for truffle base) ramen can be enjoyed here. The vegan ramen comes with nori, bean curd, black fungus, corn, seaweed, pea sprout, spring onion, and soft-boiled egg.

Both flavours are allium free, egg free, and dairy free, perfect for any vegan or vegetarian diner seeking a taste of ramen in Hong Kong.
