The Ice Cream & Cookie Co. has arrived in Hong Kong from Singapore to sell its delectable and sugary ice-cream cookie sandwiches in stores here.
The home-grown Lion City brand sells ice-cream sandwiches, cakes, and pints of ice cream in flavours like double chocolate, yuzu, mint chocolate, watermelon, mango mochi, and vanilla bean.
Launched in August in Hong Kong, the brand is selling its gourmet English Early Grey, double chocolate, and pistachio ice-cream cookie sandwiches at Circle K.
It is expected that the brand will expand to other local retailers and supermarkets in Hong Kong later in Q4 and into 2025.
