Additional honey-infused bites we look forward to sampling include the banana-honey chocolate tart and mango and honey cake. Two honey-flavoured drinks are included in the set, spotlighting the world’s first honey-infused gin.

HUE Dining’s Between Black and White at HUE Dining Afternoon Tea
HUE Dining’s newly appointed executive chef Ramsey Wong has introduced this seasonal afternoon tea set inspired by the colours and textures found in the paintings of Wu Guanzhong, whose artwork is currently being exhibited at the Hong Kong Museum of Art, which houses the restaurant. We love the striking presentation of the tea set, as well as the creativity showcased. Highlights include the kataifi with bluefin tuna ceviche, pistachio, and paprika, tartlet with Wagyu beef tartare, caviar, and horseradish cream, Reminiscences of Jiangnan (lychee and tofu pudding atop black cocoa shortbread), and black sesame choux. To complement the bites, HUE offers over 10 artisanal fruit and herbal tea blends by local tea specialist TeaCha.
The Between Black and White at HUE Dining Afternoon Tea is priced at HKD680 for two.
