CHAAT has unveiled a new aromatic cocktail menu inspired by the spices stored in their in-house Masala room.

The six new cocktails, all priced at HKD170, take inspiration from the spice profiles employed in dishes crafted at the Michelin-starred Indian restaurant.

Travel to the snow-capped mountains of Kashmir in northern India, the world centre of saffron cultivation, with Kesariya Fizz. This gin drink pairs Hapusa gin with saffron, cinnamon, kaffir lime, egg white, lemon, and a pour of On the Wagon Mulled Spice kombucha.

Rang Dhum is a smoky and fiery cocktail that blends Michter’s bourbon whisky, black cardamom, cacao, Holster’s bitters, and Mancino Rosso vermouth for deep chocolate and wine flavours.

If you’re searching for classic flavours, Jalwa Espice sees a smooth mix of chai masala pairing up with Plantation dark rum, lemon, maize, and egg white. Similar to the traditional afternoon tea drink, this cocktail harbours oaky and foamy notes.
