Released in mid-June, the ornate pastry is baked to perfection, maintaining a crisp shell and fluffy insides to keep a milky ice cream stored inside. 

The bakery is back with a new pistachio flavour featuring a crunchy pistachio topping, and returning their vanilla custard cream flavour to sweet tooths in the city. 

Available to order at their shops in Chai Wan, Yuen Long, Kowloon Bay, and San Po Kong, LY Bakery is a celebrated bakery chain that sees French, Japanese, Swiss, and Chinese influences and recipes blend together for edible art.
