The cherished pre-flight ceremony of having a drink can be enjoyed to its fullest at Hong Kong airport’s gastropub Tap + Brew, stocking a solid food and drinks menu in Terminal 1.

Open from 12:30PM to 11PM, the Western restaurant is located at the Food Court near Gate 40-80 at the end of the airport’s long central departure hall.

The restaurant serves a large selection of beer, including Carlsberg, Asahi, Yau, and Guiness, pours of house red and white, prosecco, champagne, and three rotating fruity cocktails.

Pours of whisky, gin, rum, vodka, and tequila can be enjoyed here too. Whilst the venue closes earlier than most bars we patronise in Hong Kong, Tap + Brew is made for those early glasses or pints before jetting off to sleep.

To pair up with your drinks, and to not miss out on their gastro-pub delicacies, we recommend picking from fish and chips (HKD208), buffalo wings (HKD128), chicken caesar salad (HKD128), and nachos supreme (HKD109) to fill up.
