If you’re feeling up for the job, head down to Morty’s in Wan Chai for a meaty, fatty, and salty food challenge that will make you sweat all the way through.
The 1kg Reuben sandwich challenge is free to all diners at the American diner in Wan Chai if they can consume a Reuben sandwich made up of 750 grams of beef pastrami, along with fries and pickles on the side, in under 30 minutes.
Some have tried and many have failed this meaty challenge, but we expect you can do better to earn yourself a delicious meal. Otherwise, you may find yourself with a bill of HKD588 to settle.
The challenge is only available to take part in every Monday, so plan your week accordingly.
