Tired of the same old Valentine’s traditions? Kakure has you covered! Tucked away in Prince’s Building, this authentic Ginza-style Japanese restaurant offers some of the finest sushi around thanks to Executive Chef Kazanuri Araki. Previously, Araki-san worked at NOBU in New York for eight years and at NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong for four years. Now, he brings his expert technique and passion to Kakure.

This Valentine’s weekend, Araki-san will teach you how to make your favourite sushi in a three-hour masterclass that includes free-flow sake and a masterclass certificate.
