The Soho-stronghold MAJO Tapas & Paella Bar has launched a new menu this summer delivering on fair price and quality, offering 30 types of tapas starting at only HKD32 and up.

The Spanish gilda skewer (HKD32) and Iberico ham croquettes (HKD32) begin the affordable adventure with some classic flavours, whilst the cold cuts chorizo and salchichon (HKD55 each) introduce some robust flavours on the menu.

If you want to add paella to the mix, we recommend you order the meat (HKD325) paella, packed skyhigh with Iberico pork, chicken, beans, and rosemary. Otherwise their squid ink (HKD345) paella is a good introduction to the dish with rice from Valencia and heavy portions of clams, octopus, and squid

Their sangria (HKD55/glass happy hour) comes in the tinto, blanco, or rosada mixes, suitable for sharing on a table at HKD290 for a jug.

MAJO is one of eight restaurants in Hong Kong to be endorsed with a Food Wines From Spain certification, authenticating the true Spanish touch with imported regional ingredients and a Spaniard culinary master, chef Salvador Benedicto, leading the restaurant.
